Please remember the mid-season meeting is on Monday 30th November, 8.30pm at The Waldegrave.<\/p>\n

At the meeting we will be:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Taking the balance of your fees.<\/li>\n
  2. Signing-On forms are due back. This will be the final date to sign-on players. If you have lost your sheet, another can be downloaded from the downloads page.<\/li>\n
  3. Singles and pairs entries due (\u00a32 per single, \u00a34 per pair). Venues and draws performed.<\/li>\n
  4. Vote on K\/O and Subs final venue.<\/li>\n
  5. Decide on Divisional Singles Venues. (Apologies this is a late decision. Error on my part! (Jon)).<\/li>\n
  6. Winter Trophies are required back.<\/li>\n
  7. Knockout & Subs semi-final draws.<\/li>\n
  8. Any other business.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
