Thank you to everyone who made the Winter Season AGM. Here is a summary of what was discussed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Election of committee: The committee of Allan, Dave, Colby and Jon will remain the same.
Finals Night: After the success of our nights there, Paulton Rovers will host finals night again.
Late trophies: Allan made a stern reminder about the importance of getting trophies back at the mid-season meeting. Teams will now be given one week after the meeting to get trophies in and after that a \u00a320 fine will be incurred.
Cancellations: It was also stressed that cancellations became an issue last season and so a reminder that there are rules in place to help teams play games with having to cancel.
Ladies Singles: If we have enough ladies playing then the ladies singles will be reinstated. A minimum of eight players was suggested and will be confirmed at the mid-season meeting.
Ladies Top Player: The ladies top player will also be reinstated but players must have played at least five games to be eligible.
Dave reminded the league that some venues are used as Polling Stations and they should inform him ASAP if that will happen.
