Thank you to everyone that attended the meeting last night. Here are the main points from the night:
Election of committee – the committee remains the same
Fees – Fees remain the same. £95 per season plus singles and pairs
Finals Night – After looking after us really well, Paulton Rovers will remain as the venue for finals night.
Cancellations – the date for the rearranged game must now be confirmed within seven days of the original fixture.
Singles/Pairs – there must be no changes to the format agreed for the night even if numbers in the venue are low
Cards – Please remember to use full names on the cards and try to get good pictures of them and sent to Dave on the night.
Knockout – the format for the knockout/subsidiary remains the same.
Division One: Peasedown Posse, Lamb A, Riverside, Waldegrave, Norton SC, The Star, Mardons, Westhill
Division Two: Crossways A, Lamb Paulton, Lamb B, Paulton Rovers, Haydon Cue Club, Crossways B, Lamb C
The proposed start for the league will be 26th September although that is subject to change.
The winter season AGM is coming up on Thursday 5th September (8pm at The Waldegrave). We have a number of confirmed teams so far but if you’d like to join/rejoin the league please can you let us know before the meeting. It helps us to get an idea of structure prior to the meeting. Thank you. 🎯
