Thank you to everyone who attended the Summer AGM last night. It was a great turn out and we are really pleased to have new teams in the league! The structure of the league will be:

D1: The Star, Riverside, Waldegrave, Lamb A, Norton SC, Mardons, Westhill, Peasedown Posse

D2: Paulton Rovers, Lamb B, Lamb C, Crossways A, Crossways B, Norton CC, Lamb Paulton

•Election of officers: All officers remain the same.
•Fees: Fees remain the same. £95 (including £5 charity donation) and £2/£4 for singles and pairs
•Finals Night: After Paulton Rovers gave us a great setup and night for the winter season we are pleased that they will host again.
•Trophies: Allan strongly reminded the league that all SUMMER trophies should be returned at the mid-season meeting to avoid the issues we had in the winter.
•Cancelled Games: All cancelled games must be reported via Facebook messenger.
•Cards: A reminder was given to get results in promptly preferably straight after the game. This is via Dave’s WhatsApp. An A4 sheet will be created for card replacements. This will be available on the website.
•We have had a request for a younger player to play in the league. We feel that 11 (secondary school age) should be the minimum but we stress that each venue may have their own rules about children.
•The knockout cup format remains the same.
•Divisional Pairs: The divisional pairs was deemed a success in the winter and if time is available will be included again.
•The anticipated start date for the league will be the 18th April with the division singles.
