The mid-season meeting is coming up on Monday 10th June, 8pm at The Waldegrave. Please could all teams send a representative. At the meeting we will:

• Take singles and pairs entries and perform the draw – £2 per single and £4 per pair
• Decide on knockout and subsidiary venues

Please can last year’s winners of the summer trophies bring them back to the meeting as was stressed at the AGM. We do not require the winter trophies back yet.

The meeting is the last date for signing on players. Please bring a list of your signed on players to the meeting. There is a form available on the downloads page should you need it. If you do not bring the form, only players that have played in matches up to the meeting will be eligible to play.
